Generous Malta

1
I still owe a few travelogues belong to last year.
Actually I’m very proud as I had 7 amazing journeys!
But usually I’m just too busy enjoying the moment and making the most of my trip, that I just end up missing to post anything on my blog.

Although to tell about amazing places, I guess it’s never too late, so here I am with some pieces of Malta…

Rainbows, salty air and magic

f9ebcb9f0ad2c997c13b6fa6179e3c09
Sometimes I feel I’m in a dream.
Especially when I’m sitting in a cafe, sipping my almond latte, reading my book, thinking about what to write about.
Staring the people outside and the ones passing by the cafe. They are all different, they all pass by with a different reason, some to study, some are reading books, someone is meeting with an old friend, or a big group of tourists. But one thing is the same. They all seem to be busy, they all seem to know where are they coming from and where are they going to.
And when I look at me, I’m just the dreamer.

100 happy days and autumn melancholy

I guess autumn just kicked in, and it’s not only obvious, because of  shitty weather, but obvious when I look at myself and I feel like a piece of paperdoll. No energy, no inspiration, no nothing.

Not the best feeling, I tell you.

But to remember myself for happy days, I started to check out my #100happydays challenge pictures and actually it made me think,I’ve  never posted those photos here. So, here they are, hope you’ll like them, I still like this whole idea about, so I though doing a #happyautmn days or kind of.. something like that.

I couldn’t manage to display all the 100, but you can easily check them out under the hashtag: wildcompass4freedom100happydays

And you, what are your feelings about autumn?

Pieces of Iceland, Day 5

pieces of iceland, landmannalaugar

There is a house built out of stone
Wooden floors, walls and window sills
Tables and chairs worn by all of the dust
This is a place where I don’t feel alone
This is a place where I feel at home.

Pieces of Iceland, Day 4

Pieces of Iceland , Háilfoss

“Iceland, fortunate isle! Our beautiful, bountiful mother!
Where are your fortune and fame, freedom and virtue of old?
All things on earth are transient: the days of your greatness and glory
flicker like flames in the night, far in the depths of the past.
Comely and fair was the country, crested with snow-covered glaciers,
azure and empty the sky, ocean resplendently bright.”

Pieces of Iceland, Day 1

Pieces of Iceland
Here I am, I’m back from a fantastic adventurous 3 weeks in Iceland & the Faroe Islands.

I’ve started my journey full of expectations, hoping it won’t be less interesting as my last year one. And no, I can certainly tell you, I’ve got more of everything. I have answers for questions I have never asked and have all the extra energy in my soul and in my veins.

Let me tell you about this fairytale. Because endless green landscapes, bright blue skies, selfless kindness and never-ending surprises are reality somewhere far away… in a land called Iceland.

Countdown: 1 week until Iceland

I am getting super excited about our Iceland adventure as there is only 1 week left!
Can not believe that! Still so many things to do and organize… But of course there is always time to evoke some memories from my last year’s trip. It’s a shame I didn’t make video blog about every days of my journey, but still so much fun and emotions to watch those few ones again.
I can almost smell the fresh air and feel the rain on my skin, not to mention all that excitement and energy boost! Reminds me to be a better blogger this time and take as many photos & videos as possible and write about all those wonderful impressions.
Forgive me my funny accent and the bad quality of the video.:)

Let’s just travel around this great big World

Traveling around the World

Travelling is a passion, craving to see more, to discover the hidden secrets, to talk to people you’ve never met before, to laugh like crazy and wake up in a new place with the greatest feeling inside, that today is just yours. Today you can do things you were just dreaming about yesterday and you’ll fill your day with sweet memories and learn a tiny bit more of you, about the person you really are.
