Since we are living in Stockholm I’ve stopped baking/cooking my usual favorite desserts, mostly because I’m still discovering the supermarkets and the ingredients they’re selling. I have lot trouble finding the same sweeteners, flours what I was using at home.
But same time I’m experimenting some pretty cool new treats and my new favorites are the raw balls!
They are not only super healthy energy bombs, but pretty easy and fast to prepare!
The other day I made these coconut-almond-blueberry raw balls and they were something delicious!
No gluten, no dairy, no sugar.
I’m trying to eat as healthy as possible for a while now which is a quite a challenge sometimes, especially in a new environment, where we have to start building up our life from scratch. So it’s really heart-warming to discover a cool, healthy place which is perfect in all the aspects I’m finding important.
Let me introduce you STHLM Raw.
Matcha green tea is not only looking good with its’ bright green color, but works perfectly as a healthy and delicious summertime cooler.
This time I wanted to try something new, and prepared some matcha ice cubes hearts.
Super tasty in a glass of rice milk, or to cool your coffee latte!
There is nothing greater than starting the morning full of energy, feeling you’re ready for a fantastic day!
I love to do something for my body before doing anything else, that multiples my motivation and inspires me to keep myself fit and healthy during the whole day!
Usually I prefer normal coffee without any sweetener or added syrup.
To be honest I’m not the Starbucks kind of girl who orders a chocolate latte macchiato with caramel syrup and cream on the top.
But it doesn’t mean that time to time I don’t feel like trying something new and treating myself with something sweeter than the usual espresso. And when that’s the case, I like to do that without guilt.
How? Check out this delicious Sugar-free peanut butter iced coffee recipe! Easy, fast and doesn’t mess up your healthy lifestyle!;)
I have been thinking about this for a while.
I’m passionate about traveling and so much enjoy baking.
So, why not combinate the two and start a series of international baking?! This way, we can experience all the different kind of delicious sweets of different cultures in the warmth of our home. How does that sound?
And to start with something that is perfect as a weekend breakfast/brunch treat, I chose Danish pancakes.
I’m doing tae-bo three times, body-shaping twice a week, plus trying to practice yoga and running on my treadmill occasionally.
But this is just one part of the healthy lifestyle. To eat and drink properly is at least as important as sport.
My all time favorite is detox water, because they not only taste good, but have plenty of positive effects, and they are a must when you’re trying to put your body into shape before summer!
