October has come so fast that I couldn’t even say a proper hello, and look at it, almost gone already.
As I mentioned before, I’m not the number one fan of autumn, but have to admit, this month was just the way it’s written in children’s book. Hundreds of shades of green, yellow, red and brown, bright sunny days, cold foggy evenings.
Movie nights with hot tea and freshly baked apple-pumpkin muffins. This is like magic, isn’t it?
Just a bridge apart from Sweden, there is a whole different World, creatively messy, vividly alive, full of personality, colors and plenty of places waiting to be discovered. Here is it in a few words and pictures, our lovely 3 days Copenhagen mini vacation.
Autumn has finally arrived to Sweden. I was never the fall type of girl, I find more pleasure in spring and summer days, I’m in love with winter too, but somehow I never had this close relation with autumn. But I guess the place you are has a big impact on that. Cities are easily becoming grey, boring, depressive, while nature has millions of shades, all those bright colors, the crisp air, the cold bright rays of sun, the sound of falling leafs… Yeah, this is the fall I can fall in love with. Thanks God I’m in Sweden now and I have endless possibilities to spend moment outside in the nature.
We have more and more rainy days here in Stockholm, so it’s time to find some activities for the less sunny moments. Not so long ago, we spent a lovely afternoon in the Bergius Botanic Garden.
Spending peaceful moments in the greenhouse while you hear the sound of raindrops from outside, smell the scents of flowers and all the Tropical and Mediterranean plants are really worth a visit.
There is also the prettiest cafe with comfy seats and perfect light for reading a good book. I’m sure this will be one of my favorite places in winter time.:)

Since we are living here in Stockholm, we are trying to discover something new every weekend.
Usually I love to get inspired before, I check out some recommendations, articles, nice photos, take a look and my Insta or Pinterest. This way I found a beautiful valley, surrounded by mountains, green meadows, lovely red houses, simply dreamy… This place is called Haggvik.
But what if there are two villages in Sweden called Haggvik?!:)
Currently we are spending our 6th day in our new apartment, in a new city of a country we have never lived before.
This is our brand new life with so much new impressions that we are just floating on both marvelous and frightening ambivalent waves of feelings.
This was my third time in Portugal, but the first in Lagos.
It was love for the first sight and I’m amazed by the beauty and atmosphere of this place. It’s always important for me to find both peace and calmness, and the possibility to see pieces of a city that are busy and alive. Lagos is definitely a perfect example of that.
