Doubts

“Get out from your house, from your cave, from your car, from the place you feel safe, from the place that you are. Get out and go running, go funning, go wild, get out from your head and get growing, dear child.”

Past, Present, Future

Strong heat, calmer mind, less mess, more nostalgia.
This is my life at the moment. Things seems to be less chaotic and finally I can see the light.
Maybe it’s the heat that basically kicks me out and doesn’t leave me the chance to be too much worried or nervous, I’m too busy lying in front of the fan on my couch in the company of my cats.

As time goes on, you’ll understand.
What lasts, lasts: what doesn’t, doesn’t.
Time solves most things.
And what time can’t solve,
You have to solve yourself.

Stand Up

11406855_10207226680132236_7265491553199692133_n

To be honest, this week doesn’t seem to be the best week of my life.
I feel I am a part of a series of events, that just want to get me down, like a conspiracy against me trying to tell that hey, doesn’t matter how positive and motivated you are, still can not win.

But I also have a message towards all these negativity; I will feel better, stand up, and I’m going to be stronger than ever!

I start almost every morning with a glass of lemon water, that helps my body to stay hydrated and the C-vitamin boost makes me feel full of energy!

#CatYoga

11148349_10207161633706116_7122589093412262878_n
I guess you all know how annoying it is to be photobombed by someone, especially when you are trying to be your own photographer and model the same type, concentrating on all the little details… Then you check the pictures and find someone unexpected. Yeah, this is what happened to me today when I was trying to take some photos after practicing yoga asanas. Everytime I took my cat somewhere else, by the time I got back to my position, she was there.
Actually by the end, I’ve found it pretty funny and I prefer the pics where she appears. Not to mention it might help you to forget about my imperfect pose!;)
Too cute to feel angry and if you come to think about it, cats are helping to relax and erase the stress!
Hope you had a fun day too! Namaste! x

Be Brave

“Move out of your comfort zone.

You can only grow if you are willing to feel
awkward and uncomfortable when you try
something new.”

Actually for today I was planning to post a vitamin-juice recipe, but the Universe had something else in mind, just found my SD card reader being broken, which makes it impossible to upload my photos.

But there is always something to write about, especially today, because I decided on stepping out of my comfort zone in a very sensitive, scary topic of mine, driving.

Inhale, exhale

Buddha was asked,
“What have you gained
from meditation?”
He replied “Nothing!
However, let me tell you
what I have lost:
anger, anxiety,
depression, insecurity,
fear of old age and death.”

that is the
